Orion Healing

A 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Course (YTTC) tends to focus on the “What’s and Why’s of Yoga”. In this 50hr YTTC we focus on the “How’s”, by studying how our body responds to our yoga practice. Also, you will learn how the different techniques of pranayama (breath practice) affect the physiology, nervous system, energetic body and emotional body.
In our modern world, many people find comfort in understanding the science behind the theory. By linking the ancient Eastern practice of Yoga, with the modern findings of Western biology, this course will give you a much deeper appreciation of the physiological impact and benefits yoga has on the body.
This course is designed for those eager to know the "How?"—how Yoga, specifically Asana and Pranayama, affects the physical body, the mental and emotional levels and energy flow. The goal of this course is to equip you with comprehensive and updated science-based knowledge of what is happening in your body while practicing Yoga (Asana & Pranayama), enabling you to maximize the benefits of these techniques with better clarity.
