This LAB Session is designed to engage your entire body and build connections between you and the prop, so you can work towards moving as one, adding diverse movements off the body to create beautiful illusions...
We will cover some basic on-body hoop dance techniques and layer on new tricks and skills to build your flow.
If you don't have a hoop don't worry, you can borrow practice ones from LABra for the session or you can also get your own from our shop. more details below.
