Each day at The Source begins with a morning meditation session, followed by a yoga class that integrates breath, posture, movement, and relaxation. These sessions typically run from 8:00 to 9:30 or 9:00 to 10:30, offering a perfect start to the day.
After the morning yoga practice, participants can cool down with a refreshing ice bath, which offers numerous health benefits. The retreat also provides a nutritious vegan or vegetarian brunch, served from 8:00 to 11:00 AM, featuring organic local produce, fresh tropical fruits, and artisanal bread from local suppliers.
