Advanced Asana 50Hr teacher training is a 6 days full immersion course open to all levels yogis or yoga teachers who want to go deep in their yoga practice, learn how to do and how to teach advanced poses and movements, as inversions, arm balance and backbends in a safe way.

DAILY SCHEDULE:
-8:00 to 9:00-
Meditation, Pranayama and little break;
-9:00 to 11:00-
Yoga practice (Ashtanga or Vinyasa flow);
-11: 00 to 13:30-
Lunch and free time;

Asana lab and anatomy;
-15: 30 to 17:00-
Stretching, partner stretch and restorative.
