𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗲-𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗦𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝟰 𝗣𝗵𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘀:

✅ Phase 1 (Intro Day): '𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳’. Friday 2nd September from 14:00 to 15:00.
Our first meeting at SIAM Healing Centre to introduce you all to the rest of the Group and to give you a presentation of the nice-days schedule that makes up this whole Program.

✅ Phase 2: ‘𝗚𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆’.
From 5th to 7th September we will start with the three-day food descent phase.

✅ Phase 3: ‘𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴’.
From 8th to 10th September we shall all be together, every day, at SIAM Healing Centre from 9 AM to 3 PM.
Together we shall do a liquid fast, consisting of vegetable and fruit juices (2 per day) and vegetable broth (1 litre per day).
Your days will be fulfilled by; Group Discussions, Meditations and Relaxation, Documentaries, Various Workshops, Yoga Classes, Sound Healing, Sauna and more…

✅ Phase 4: ’𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗼𝗼𝗱’
From 11th to 13 September will be the Three-day Food Recovery Phase.
Controlled food recovery is the guarantee of a successful fast.
Your fast-breaking meal shall be together with me at SIAM Healing Centre (Sunday 11th May from 12:00 to 13:00 ) where I will also give you my final advice for the future.
