Every Thursday from 19:30, The JAM Bar fires up its full-plugged Open Mic and Jam Sessions. This is one of the island's most established music nights, running since The JAM Bar first opened its doors in 2007.

Musicians of all levels are welcome to take the stage — bring your instrument or just your voice. The vibe is relaxed and encouraging, with regulars and travellers mixing freely on stage and off. Genres range from rock and blues to reggae and whatever else the night inspires.

Located in the Hin Kong area on Koh Phangan's west coast, The JAM Bar is easy to find and worth the trip from anywhere on the island. Music kicks off around 20:00.
