Yin Yoga is a very gentle form of yoga - using blocks, belts & cushions allow the body to relax into the postures. No need to push or pull, the body weight does the job so beautifully.
The focus of this practice is to release any unnecessary tension within the body. Observing the sensations of the body and the breath, we stay in each posture for at least few minutes to surrender fully into softness.
Finding stillness in the pose invites us to open up and explore the vibrant inner life. Yin yoga is a meditative practice with a full body stretch.
Feel the vibrations of the Himalayan Singing Bowls throughout the practice as I bring them close to the body during the stillness of the postures. Enjoy the soothing sounds as they resonate through you and allow you to melt deeper into relaxation.
Everyone is welcome, class is suitable for beginners, open to all levels and injuries. We meet at Ananda Yoga and Detox in Hin Kong.

About your facilitator:
Magdalena is an accredited movement coach with over 15 years of teaching experience. Martial arts, dance, yoga, meditation, breathwork & sound therapy practitioner from the heart. Her journey with yoga began nearly 20 years ago when she severely injured her back. Yoga helped to heal the body and began a transformative journey within. Travelling through South East Asia has been a life changing experience - from India, through Nepal and finally landed in Thailand where she's been teaching for the past 3 years.
Magda's goal is to share the modern science of yoga while being respectful to the ancient teachings and traditions.
