These classes are held in a spacious, open hall that overlooks the lush greenery of the island, providing a peaceful environment for practice.
Each day at The Source begins with a morning meditation session, followed by a yoga class that integrates breath, posture, movement, and relaxation. The meditation introduces participants to the non-dual philosophy of Shaiva Tantra, helping them connect with the deeper essence of being. These sessions typically run from 8:00 to 9:30 or 9:00 to 10:30, offering a perfect start to the day.
After the morning yoga practice, participants can cool down with a refreshing ice bath, which offers numerous health benefits. The retreat also provides a nutritious vegan or vegetarian brunch, served from 8:00 to 11:00 AM, featuring organic local produce, fresh tropical fruits, and artisanal bread from local suppliers.
The rest of the day at The Source is free for participants to relax, join additional classes, or explore the natural beauty of Koh Phangan.
