Aerial Hoop | Flow LAB Session

Discover the thrill of aerial hoop (also known as lyra) and learn to gracefully move in the air. Great for those seeking a fitness challenge or who simply want to have fun and fly!
No experience needed; you will be guided through progressive techniques based on your level.
Session structure
- 10-15 min. warm up and stretching to prevent injuries
- 30 min. conditions and series practice
- 10 min. Individual performance (take turns)
- 5 min. Cool down

LABracadabra advocates the use of reusable items, such as food containers, drinking bottles, and shopping bags, which are available for sale in our shop.

𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗕𝗔𝗚𝗦 𝗢𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦 to our premises. 𝗪𝗘 𝗛𝗔𝗩𝗘 𝗔 2𝟬𝗧𝗛𝗕 𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗘 for any disposable plastic brought onto our premises. Proceeds will go into making recycling stations for the island.
