A 4-Day, trauma-informed retreat into a temple of embodied womanly arts, where you will be invited to discover, reclaim and celebrate your yoni - the part of the female body that is so often forgotten, ignored, shamed and neglected in our world today.

Our time together will be grounded in a sacred space for you connect deeply with your female body. You will have a chance to create a new relationship with your yoni, hear & honor her voice, unravel the conditionings that may have kept your sensuality/femininity locked, awaken your creative life force and pleasure, and discover the natural empowerment that comes from doing this work, especially alongside other women.

Ultimately what we are doing is about discovering how to thrive and reach your highest potential in sensuality, love, relationships, spirituality, work and overall life.

You'll receive wisdom practices from Tao, Tantra, holistic sexuality, somatics and other traditions to grow in sensitivity, love and self-worth from the inside out.

You'll learn to listen to the wisdom of your body, honoring its desire, intelligence and intuitive knowing.

You'll connect to your erotic innocence, own your pleasure & female body for YOU, and be celebrated for exactly who you've been and who you're becoming as a woman and a sxxual being.

We’ll use different practices and rituals for acknowledging, listening, healing, seeing, feeling, awakening and deeply honoring the yoni and female body.
