Spinal∞getic Breathwork is a transformative fusion, combining the profound principles of Conscious Connected Breathwork, the entrancing magic of Neuro-Trance Music, and the liberating art of Spinal Unwinding Movement. This holistic practice embarks on a journey of self-discovery, inner healing and enhanced vitality, aiming to release tension and unlock the infinite ∞ energy within.
By expanding your breath capacity and bridging the gap between stress triggers and your responses, this breathwork technique opens the doors to emotional release and the processing of long-held experiences. It's a transformative journey that begins with the power of your breath.

More about Spinal∞getic Breathwork:

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸: Breathwork serves as a powerful catalyst for liberating stagnant energy and unresolved emotions within the spinal column. Our approach involves 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 with a rhythmic pattern of continuous, deep inhalations and exhalations through the mouth, optimizing oxygen intake. This deliberate and focused breathing transcends conscious thought, granting access to deeply entrenched unprocessed emotions and trauma. It's a profound method for transformation and emotional release.

𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼-𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗰: This expertly crafted Neuro-Trance multi-layer soundscape is designed to induce trance-like states and guide participants through diverse brainwave stages during the breathwork journey. Originating from InnerDance Brainwave Soundscape technique by Shamanic DJ Serena Olsen, this 𝙢𝙪𝙨𝙞𝙘 𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙜𝙣𝙨 𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙬𝙖𝙫𝙚𝙨 𝙬𝙞𝙩𝙝 𝙘𝙞𝙧𝙘𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙣 𝙧𝙝𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙢𝙨, mirroring the hero's journey transformation process. The resonant vibrations promote somatic resonance and awaken dormant kundalini energy, paving the way for new possibilities

𝗦𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗨𝗻𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Spinal Unwinding Movement, rooted in yoga therapy, is a vital warm-up for Spinal∞getic Breathwork. It helps release trapped energy and unprocessed emotions often stored in the spine, leading to tension and energy blockages. Just as anxiety and stress may accumulate in the shoulders and neck, fear in the lower back, and sadness in the hips, this 𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙪𝙣𝙬𝙞𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙣𝙞𝙦𝙪𝙚 rejuvenates the spine's full range of motion, fosters a somatic connection between your body and breath, and encourages the flow of 'Qi' and life force through the spine and all chakras.

𝗔𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲: Allowance is the key to unlock this transformative experience. No two journeys are the same, where everything or nothing may unfold. 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙩𝙤 𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙛𝙪𝙡𝙡 𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙢 𝙤𝙛 𝙚𝙢𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙢𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨, 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨. Enjoy the freedom to let tears, screams, joy, anger, or happiness flow.
Allow your body's wisdom to guide your spine into various movements and shapes. 𝘼𝙡𝙡𝙤𝙬 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙞𝙣 𝙖𝙣𝙮 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 —whether lying down, seated, standing, or in spontaneous movement from the spine. We aim to create a safe space free from judgment, where everything is allowed to surface and be embraced.
