🟡Gong Night takes place every Friday and lasts for approximately six and a half hours.
🔺 11:00 PM – 5:00 AM: Lullaby of the Gongs - Immerse yourself in six hours of uninterrupted gentle gong sounds. Experience deep relaxation, renewal, cleansing, and an awakening gong bath.
🔺 5:00 AM – 6:00 AM: Hour of Silence.
🔺 6:00 AM: Farewell - As the Gong Night draws to a close around sunrise, you are welcome to stay and share your experiences before departing.
🟡By continuously playing the gongs at a low level for approximately six hours, we will take you on a journey to a world of live sound, where you will enter a state of primal, conscious sleep and transcend the boundaries of time.
🟡Allow yourself to be enveloped by the soothing sounds of the gongs, allowing your body to enter a deep state of relaxation. The vibrations will wash over you, releasing tension, cleansing, and liberating you from the pressures of everyday life.
🟡Throughout the night, you can choose to lie down, meditate, sleep, or simply remain awake, drifting in and out of sleep as the gentle gong sounds surround you.
