A detailed guidelines video produced by TAT to explain all the details related to the new Special Tourist Visa approved.

The Thai Cabinet has accepted a proposal from the Ministry of Tourism and Sports to issue a special tourist visa (STV) for long-stay tourists.

STV - Special Tourist Visa Guidelines

Visitors can remain for 90 days in the country, which can be prolonged twice, for an additional 90 days each. The visa would cost 2000 Baht for a period of 90 days.
