𝘽𝙚𝙛𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 has the intention to 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧 𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙨 in becoming an expert in reading and understanding our own nervous system. By shifting the focus back to ourselves and learning 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙩𝙤 𝙣𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢 we focus on the 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙘𝙚𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡 𝙤𝙛 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚𝙩𝙮 - which is very individual. So that ultimately you can feel inspired to making yourself 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙖𝙧𝙙𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙞𝙩𝙪𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙚𝙤𝙥𝙡𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙣𝙖𝙫𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜.
We work on building 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚 so that ultimately you will be able to navigate challenging situation with more ease and 𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙗𝙖𝙘𝙠 𝙝𝙤𝙢𝙚 rather than being stuck in a state of defense. Life becomes less scary when we learn how to navigate ourselves in it.
When we feel safe we can allow ourselves to 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙙𝙤𝙬𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙢𝙤𝙧 and allow our defense to rest. This creates 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣, 𝙙𝙚𝙥𝙩𝙝 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙖𝙪𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮 where we relate with others from an open heart. Allowing ourselves to show an expression of Self that is much closer to our core being. It is in this state where the 𝙗𝙤𝙙𝙮 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙧𝙤𝙬𝙩𝙝 𝙤𝙣 𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙨 𝙘𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣- physically, mentally, spiritually.

We will explore
how to 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖 𝙨𝙖𝙛𝙚 𝙨𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙚 for yourself
the three different 𝙨𝙩𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙨 𝙤𝙛 𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢
how to detect the state our nervous system is in and how to 𝙧𝙚𝙜𝙪𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙨𝙮𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙢
what the 𝙫𝙖𝙜𝙪𝙨 𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙫𝙚 is and how 𝙥𝙤𝙡𝙮𝙫𝙖𝙜𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙤𝙧𝙮 can help us to find compassion for ourselves and others
𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙮𝙛𝙪𝙡 𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙨 to 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙘𝙚𝙨 that invite to connect with ourselves and others from an 𝙤𝙥𝙚𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩
changing the state will change the story we are telling
This allows us to relate with others from an open heart and out of accessibility, being authentic and living out of our core being.
When we receive too many cues of danger our nervous system shift into defense mechanisms to potentially keeping us safe. Relating with others and ourselves from this state will from a sate of defense.

Aya’s deep quest is to bring happiness and well-being into this world, supporting people to peel away the layers that we masked ourselves with in order to feel safe and liked.
Being curious how different approaches to happiness to finding sustainable ways of living life with the heart wide open. Her approach to healing and spirituality is intuitive, somatic and trauma-informed.
Her journey has been very colorful. Being a dancer and choreographer, photographer and videographer she spend a lot of time bringing joy to people and portraying and exploring life’s challenges and beauty.
Later she studied with Mark Stephens and Jason Crandell (and others) to become a 700hr+ yoga teacher, has a reiki degree, studied innerdance with Serena Olsen and polyvagal theory with Stephen Porges, Deb Dana and Michael Allison.
