Work 1 hour for 5 consecutive days to get closer to your handstands goals!

General goals:
- Understand how to train handstands safely.
- Identify current status and define goals.
- Choose correct exercises to train smart and effective.

D1:
- Group introduction
- Warm-up (wrist&shoulders)
- Alignment drills (on floor; supine+prone)

D2:
- Entry strategy (kick-up, tuck up..)
- Exit (safe bail out)

D3:
- Spotting others vs. using a wall as assistance
(Wall alignment and balancing exercises)

D4:
- Repeat and train individually chosen exercises
Concepts of skill learning

D5:
- Building strength/conditioning exercises
- Room for other stuff: crocodile (elbow balances), press to handstand

Price: 400 per class. Or 1500 for the week.
