BRIAN BLANCHFIELD
Never one to be tied down, 31 year old Brian Blanchfield is a self confessed jack of all trades and master of none. Former farmer, hotel barman, professional journalist, professional poker player, blogger, real estate agent, university teacher and podcast host ( http://www.thisthailife.com/ ). He's also been known to perform poetry, to follow his beloved Thai Port football team all over the country and cook lasagne.
Although a long term resident of Thailand he has never forgotten his roots on a windswept Westerly European rock, called Ireland. This month he will present us with a selection of cinematic gems from The Emerald Isle. A country that has brought us Wilde, Beckett and Joyce knows a thing or two about the dark, the quirky, and the comedic, all of which feature heavily in this month's choice selection. You'd be an eejit to miss it.
