12:00 – 5:30 pm: Buddhism conversation, vipassana walking meditation, life learning and mind developing lesson with PhraOlarnThanawuttho
5:30 pm: Heading back to Loyfa Natural Resort
6:30 – 8:00 pm: Dinner on the beach
Day 6
7:00 -8:30 am: Wake-up & Breakfast at Loyfa Natural Resort
9:00 am: Enjoy a one-day KohPhangan sight-seeing trip

7:00 – 9:00 am: Buddhism morning offering: Paying respect and providing food for monks and breakfast

Buddhism and mindfulness lessons take place at Samai Kongkha Temple or Jaran’s.
