Everyone said my hummus was very good so this is the reason why and if you enjoy to make something then everyone else will enjoy it too! Hummus is a medicine, it makes you healthy. Everything is homemade at King of Hummus and it is all vegan, the pita bread is soft and delicious and maybe we’re biased but this really is the best hummus we’ve tasted. ‘The chickpeas are soaked for twelve hours in water then it’s six hours of cooking so that’s already eighteen hours, the total process is about twenty four hours. We add olive oil, tahini which is our own, water, lemon and garlic.

You take what you got and what we got is an amazing building. My wife mixed the colours especially, the brown and red go really well with the meat in the food and it makes the place feel warm.

We want people to feel comfortable here, that’s the first most important thing, if you want to go after twenty minutes of eating then you can but if you want to stay and feel at home then you can also.

We have real french fries, the bread is from an Italian baker here on the island and the burger recipe is from home.

The falafel is a homemade recipe from my Grandmother and now the recipe is winning on the island!
