בבאן סאבאיי מתקיימות בעיקר מסיבות אפטר כשהמוזיקה המתנגנת במקום היא טרנס פרוגרסיב. המסיבות מתחילות לרוב בשעה שש בבוקר ונמשכות לאורך כל היום עד לשעה 2 בלילה. הבר ממוקם בקרבת החוף וניתן להכנס ולרחוץ במים מידי פעם כשחם. מלבד מסיבות האפטר ישנם גם מסיבות אסיד מון בהם ה-BPM מהיר יותר.

באן סאבאיי ממוקמת בבאן טאי מרחק 5 דקות הליכה מהסבן אילבן. מסיבות האפטר מתקיימות בעיקר אחרי המסיבות הגדולות בקופנגן, מסיבת הפול מון בהדרין, ומסיבות הבלאק מון וההלף מון בבאן טאי. בעונת השיא מתקיימות מסיבות אפטר גם לג'אנגל אקפיריאנס ולשיבא מון.
