Miguel Matoz, the wellknown Dj and now also restaurant owner and Chef in the new Restaurant in Tongsala greets us in the kitchen with his Kitchen partner and associate Hugo Lopes:
They are four guys in the project for now, Miguel Matoz, Sara Matos (Miguels wife), Hugo Lopes and Marta Metrass.
The place has not only good food but also a very good feeling to it.

Delicious Mojitos on the run and small glasses of little pink watermelon shots just to get in the friendly mood where everyone in the small restaurant connects and feels at home.
Let just say from the start; These guys take their burger craft seriously..
They caramelize the grilled onions to a deep brown, do the meat just right, and use a cheese that stands up to the other flavors so you can still taste it.
Fries were made from real potatoes; well-done, greasy, slightly limp, potato-ey and tasty.
... Oi Oi .. and don't forget the Lime Mouse before you go !!!
