GROOVE is the best way to describe MOUDY, radiating positive vibes and quality sounds for the people is his passion and the effect of his very existence.
His fresh sounds and flawless mixing are infused by his experiences and personal evolution from having lived in over five countries across the world.
Moudy's mission behind the decks is to alter the energy of the dance floor; don’t get hooked on one feeling, as his moods will swing you from a House state to Techno dance-floor mayhem.
Positive Vibes media has supported major DJ/Producers such as Marco V, Fred baker, Greg Nash, Sied Van Riel and DANJO.
In 2008 his radio show +Positive Vibes Sessions+ was also born, airing globally and hosting names like Matt Darey, Marco Bailey, Wally Lopez, Phunk Investigation, Exacta, Anthony Attala, Hyline, Federico Epis, Trafic, Hasan Rassmy and many more.
In 2009 he became the first DJ of the Middle East to play at the famous Full Moon Parties of Koh-Phangan, Thailand. From 2009 till present, touring the islands became a way of life, as MOUDY left his indelible music mark all over Koh Phangan, Koh Tao and Koh Samui.
MOUDY’s production era began in 2008 upon enrolling at SAE (Thailand), and he’s been releasing mashups, edits and bootlegs since 2010.
In 2012 he won the SACEM Award for Best Electronic DJ in Lebanon, which introduced him to the wide world of touring in Europe.
Moudy has been based in Bangkok for four years, now, appearing in major clubs and radio stations across the city.

What is the best thing you ever been involved with or done?
Dropping out of univeristy and making music my life!
Which music did you bring in your record bag for Phangan?
I love to carry all my old and new playlists around - as you never know the type of crowd you'll be playing for, whether its Deep House, Tech House, Groovy House or Techno!
Where and Who do you get your inspiration from?
I get inspiration from the people around me, whether positive or negative.
I embrace everything, as everything happens for a reason.
My sets & radioshows have different mood swings reflecting whatever I'm going through at the time.
Do you find Koh Phangan to be a good place for you? Where is your favourite place here?
As Koh Phangan has been on my map for several years, I guess it has a special place in my heart.
I always stay in Ban tai cause I believe its a moderate location on the island, beautiful spots and away from the crazy Full moon.
What are your next projects?
I'm hitting the studio soon to start my 1st album.
As far as djing goes, I'll be playing under two names. MOUDY, as always & APPLE MUNCH, as a DJ duo with TYPE 1 from the UK.

Do you see yourself playing on Phangan in 10 years from now? Where do you see yourself then?
Like I said earlier, each year is special in Phangan.
The more that time passes the more special it becomes.
Moudy hopes to always deliver music no matter where he is. His dreams are to continue his career in music and to have a beautiful family.
He believes he got to where he is today by living in the moment, having no regrets and no dramas.
