Mario was born in Hanover in 1985 and started djing at the age of 15.
After his first successful gigs in his hometown he was sure that electronic music was going to be a permanent fixture in his life. When he turned 19 and with this mindset, he started working as a trainee at the local record shop "Street Sounds" in order to expand his musical knowledge.
During the last decade Mario was working continuously on his production qualities and has released a huge catalogue of originals and remixes in the meantime. His tracks found a home on labels like Get Physical Music, Moodmusic, Bondage Music, Soulfooled, Bouq, Yippiee and his residency's label Ritter Butzke Studio - just to name a few. Besides this he had the honour to do remixes for artists like Gorge, Re.You, Northern Lite, Rampue, Martin Landsky, Show-B, Markus Homm, Rhadow, David Keno, Madmotormiquel, Sasch and many more.
Another milestone in his career was the request to become a resident at the well-known Berlin nightclub “Ritter Butzke”, where he is playing steadily since 2011. In addition to this he is also working for the club's imprint “Ritter Butzke Studio” as a label manager since it's inception in 2013.
But Mario never gets tired of the wide range which electronic music offers and so he is already working on new tracks, remixes and projects. Keep your eyes and ears open...
