Phanganist are very happy to welcome him at Phangan and had a great night listening to him, among the Dj's on the decks at Mer Ka Ba Beach Club on Friday August 9!
We asked him about his Koh Phangan story but since it is his first time here it is a very short story and only at its beginning ☺
Herman is travelling around the world in an effort to learn more languages and enjoy the different cultures and along the way he takes contact to the local Electronic venues to share his music with and at!
"One of my friends told me about Graham Gold.
He played in Chile in 2003/2004, so I contacted him and he was very interested in my music.
Thanks to him I will get a chance to show my music at Mer Ka Ba Beach Club!
I will do my best and show fine music."
You came to play at the Mer Ka Ba Club – what did you already know about that venue?
I am a fan and a student of Sacred Geometry and Spirit Science so just with the name of Mer Ka Ba is my favourite Club!
♡ღ ♡ღ ♡ღ Love & Light to you too Herman ☼ ☼ ☼
So, what is actually the Mer-Ka-Ba?
History talks about the Mer-Ka-Ba mostly as the vehicle that allows a person to ascend or descend into the higher or lower worlds.
But actually the Mer-Ka-Ba is much more than just a vehicle of ascension.
It can be, really, anything — since the ancient believe is that it is the primal pattern that created all things and all universes, both visible and invisible.
Technically, it is an electro-magnetic field sitting at about four degrees Kelvin, found primarily within the microwave range — at least in the third dimension — that is entirely geometric in nature.
Specifically, the geometry used is called ''Sacred Geometry,'' as this particular geometry is found in the creation patterns of all things in Creation.
He adds that of course he also heard about the incredible Sound System and the good music from Golden Vibes ;)
♥♥♥ So lets meditate dancing to activate that Mer Ka Ba ♥♥♥
Breath # 1 Inhale
HEART: Open your heart and feel love for all life. If you cannot do this, you must at least open to this love as much as is possible for you. This is the most important instruction of all.
MIND: Become aware of the male tetrahedron (the apex facing up to the sun, the point facing to the front for male, the point to the back for females) filled with the brilliant white light surrounding your body. Visualize it the best you can. If you cannot visualize it, sense or feel it surrounding you.
BODY: At the same moment of inhalation, place your hands in the mudra of your thumb and first finger touching. Remember, lightly touch your fingers, and do not allow your fingers to touch each other or any other object. Keep your palms facing up.
For anyone who wants to practice for his next set the video below can be of help. We found one featuring our good friend Graham Gold ;))))
Before he played at Mer Ka Ba, we asked him if he believes Koh Phangan to be a good place for his music?
I don’t know if Koh Phangan will be a good place for my music or not, I just know that I love what I do and definitely any place with good vibes and good energy is perfect for my music.
The main task of a Dj is to transmit musical culture and good Vibes with the music; with that, the crowd can expand their knowledge and mind.
Which music did you bring in your record bag for Phangan?
I bring a lot of fresh Chilean Music, some unreleased and classics like Francisco Allendes, Andre Butano , Aldo Cadiz, Marcelo Rosselot, Felipe Venegas, Dani Casarano, more underground like Rhadoo, Raresh , Dan Andrei, [a:rpia:r].
I will try to make a journey for you with some Techno, House, TechHouse & MinimalTech.
What do you feel you can bring to the Phangan scene?
Maybe I can bring good vibes, fine music and Latin Style groove :)
Do you have other plans to play on Phangan?
I would love to have more gigs, let see what the people say. I have enough visa to stay all what I want :)
What do you hope to bring with you back from Phangan?
I don’t know, for me every experience is different; I have to live it first.
Herman say that the best thing he ever did was to quit his job in Chile and travel light to find himself and enjoy new life experiences.
His next projects are to keep traveling and sharing knowledge, consciousness and love. He like to play music in every place possible and arrive to India for my Yoga Training ♥♥♥
In 10 years he sees himself in the correct place. Enjoying his life!
Talk about dream maniphesting ;) Being there - not knowing where or what - just knowing and seeing it, BEING it - in the place he can't imagine for now.
To be able 2 see the projections in it all - we have to recalculate the WHYS the WHOS and the WHATNOTS - that were crushed by the cruel indifference of the beloved ones ... or nourished ... and a even then a decoding like this is far from sufficient ;) !!
How did you get to where you are today? What is your life philosophy?
Wow, good question. :)
Four Years Ago I did a Reiki Course and then my Sacred Geometry and Magnified Healing Training.
I started to see the life and the people with other eyes, feeling things that I never felt, my life made a 180º Change, so I quit my job and I gave my apartment to my mom with all my things.
I grabbed my records, my books, some clothes and decided to travel
I said to my mom: Mom, you wanted to see me like a professional. I gave you a college degree and I had a very good job, I was your best only son so now I want to be a good person, follow my dreams, share knowledge and love around the world, so I will travel to find my path. I Love you to the infinite and beyond…
… That is how I got where I am today :)
